Pentagon Seeks Screaming Pain From Above Ability

I'm sure you've all heard of the Active Denial System before, or as I prefer to call it, the Pain Ray. If we are to make martial technologies, we must at least be honest about it. The Pain Ray is usually mounted to a truck or ground or what have you and is meant to disperse crowds, demoralize the enemy and ask the really, really tough questions of knowledgeable persons.

Now, the boys at the five-sided war machine seek an airborne version of the pain ray. An air-to-surface pain ray, if you will.

Five years, max, before the pain ray sees domestic application.

It's quite entertaining though the info is I think too limited. So, I guess you need to add more story about the subject for us to completely absorb your thoughts. Thanks! DUB turbo
